Reading Notes: The Crab and The Crane
-There was a summer when there was no rain and little water
-The animals all suffered
-The fish in a pond had very little water and the crane sat and watched them
-The crane told the fishes about a pond in the forest that he knew had a lot of water in it
-The fishes did not trust him, so they sent one fish with him to check out the pond
-They went back and the fish told all the other fish about the pond and they all agreed to go one by one.
-The crane began taking them one by one, but he broke their trust and ate each fish one by one
-He went back to see if there were any fish, but there was only a crab left
-The crane wanted to take the crab as he did the fish, so the crab went, bu the crab was afraid of falling, so he used is claws to hold onto the crane's neck
-The crane asked the crab to get off in the place where he had eaten the fish, but the crab snapped his neck before he could eat him.

I really like that you picked this story to write your notes summary because I have also did my very first story on this topic. I really like it because of the wit of the crab and in the end he kill the crane and that was the best part because he deserve it.
